Shipping & Returns

For Firearms:

  • Shipping: Firearms in stock will ship to your selected FFL within 2-4 business days. For custom cerakote please see the item's product page for projected lead times.
  • Returns/Refunds: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or because you changed your mind. Any returns, refunds, or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us at brandon@camdondefense.com if you feel that you need to return your firearm.
  • Defective Product: All West Coast Weaponworks LLC and Camdon Defense firearms are warrantied for the lifetime of the original owner. Do Not use .223 ammo, reloads, or steel cased ammo. Firearms must be in original configuration. Shipping is not covered under warranty. Contact us first for an RMA at brandon@camdondefense.com.

For Parts:

  • Shipping: Parts/Parts Kits in stock will ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Returns/Refunds: Returns accepted within 30 days of order with a 15% restocking fee.
  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at brandon@camdondefense.com for an RMA and for the replacement of the defective part.

For Garage Sale Items:

  • Shipping: Garage sale items in stock will ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Returns/Refunds: Items in the garage sale range in condition, some may be used, lightlly used, dusty from storage, or new in box. Please see individual product listing for stated condition and photos of the exact item for sale (unless stated otherwise. We will not accept returns for items that are delivered in stated condition.
  • Defective Product: If an item has a defect that we missed or you feel that it was falsely represented in its listing, please reach out to us at brandon@camdondefense.com immediately so we can help right the matter. Being that the items are not stocked inventory and are often single items, a replacement may not be possible.

For Merchandise:

  • Shipping: Merchandise (Clothing, drinkware, stickers, etc) orders are fulfilled by Printful and are made after the order is placed. Time from order to shipping can vary, but in our experience, items typically ship within 1 week with an average of shipping 2-4 days from the order date.
  • Returns/Refunds: Please contact us before your return so we can help streamline. Merch returns and refunds are processed by Printful, their return policy can be seen here. They do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. For US orders, any returns are to be sent to Printful's Texas facility at 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
  • Defective Product: Any misprinted/damaged/defective items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. For items lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
